Payment
Payments will be processed via Paypal. They will be sent via invoice to the email you provide on the commission form. Payment in full is due before the project begins. Partial payments are not currently accepted at this time.Alterations
You will be contacted after the sketch stage about initial approval. Please look for details that need adjusted. For color work, you will have one additional alteration allowed. Afterwards, a 10% fee will be added on to the commission cost for additional alterations. Major alterations (changing linework/positioning/etc) will be discussed as needed and will be between 20%-50% of the total commission cost.Refunds
If no work has been started, a full payment refund can be made.
If work has begun, refunds will not be made.Turnaround Time
Timing begins from the day the commission has started, not the date of acceptance. This is not my full-time job. Turnaround can be much faster but I have a life outside of work and art that includes a fairly hefty volunteer position that can take up a fair amount of time.- Sketches: 2 weeks
- Lines: 4 weeks
- Flat Color: 6 weeks
- Shaded Color: 8 weeks.Deadline Adjustment / Rush Delivery
If there is a date you need your piece by, please let me know. A rush delivery on anything outside of the normal turnaround time that would put your piece out of order in the queue will incur a 30% additional rush delivery fee. Pieces due within a week of requesting will incur a 60% fee.No Contact
If I am unable to reach you to send the file, you have 15 days from my "final notice" email before I post the commission publicly (if public approved). For private commissioners, you can reach out to me to see if the file is still available. I can only guarantee a 1 year hold for the fullsize file however.If your commission is still in progress at the sketch/line stage and I have recived no communication from you, after 15 days I will post the sketch up for grabs "YCH" style.
Posting Guidelines
- I will post finished pieces to my galleries and social media. It is appreciated if you link back to the original posting but not required.
- You may post commissions to your gallery or online with appropriate credit.
- Works are permitted to remain anonymous but private commissions (not allowed to be posted by myself) will incur an additional 50% fee of the total commission cost
